One of the major challenges in my project is the PC bench which can be slid out of the main frame. It wouldn’t be such a big deal with air cooling. But how can it be done with water cooling? Well there are at least quick disconnectors available on the market. However, I had to figure out a way to guide the flexible PVC tubes (especially when pulling or pushing the drawer). After a ton of iterations I finally figured out a design which perfectly fits the requirements. Below some pictures of the 3D-Printed parts which are used as guides for the tubes:






The extension guide is printed as one part in order to have the telescopic guidance. Below some pictures of the final installation which so far worked perfectly:
